CHALLENGE FRIENDS

You pick the player. They solve the case.

A baseball challenge for a group chat or the same device.

  1. Choose a player.

Search the current pool by name. Team labels help distinguish players who share the same name.

  2. Set the rules and optional hints.

Keep the standard rules or try No Team Clues. Standard challenges can include an opening hint and hints that unlock after selected turns.

  3. Choose how to play.

Send a challenge link, or choose to play on this device and hand it to your friend. The handoff screen hides the mystery player before the guest starts.

Who can solve it in fewer turns?

Friends play their own attempts, and the challenge room shows their results. Solving the mystery comes first; fewer turns break the tie between solved rounds.

Each round keeps its original player data and hints. Later roster updates will not change an answer halfway through the challenge.

Keep your rooms tidy

The host can close a room to new attempts. You can also remove a room from your saved list without closing it for everyone else.

Keep the surprise intact

Check that the ready screen is showing before passing your device. Share the challenge link rather than a revealed result or recap image when someone has not played yet.

During the private beta, friends also need an invitation code. For a mystery nobody in the group chooses, try Daily Sleuth.
